Your dashboard may display 'n/a' in certain places if there is insufficient data to provide meaningful insights for the selected timeframe and selected subject in question.
This may be the case if:
- You recently connected a new data source
- You created a new group/tag that has not had insights computed yet. New tag insights are computed daily
- There is a problem getting the data for your account
What you can do:
- Clear the cache and reload the page
- Wait for 24 hours to allow computations and insights to flow through
