How to read it?
Areas that may require action in order to prevent overload and ensure healthy communication practices are highlighted. Check which group tags are most affected by it, as well as who are the people causing overload.
How is it computed?
Email Overload analytics are computed weekly based on email-only data points. Work performed offline or during office hours (default 8:00 – 18:00) is excluded. Report is based on data sources that are currently connected to StatusToday.
