What is it?
The Client Relationship Health Score is a proprietary metric originally devised by the Data Science team at StatusToday, which improves over time with the AI and ML techniques provided by Isaak.
How is it computed?
By analysing all relevant data points regarding the interactions with external domains; such as response time, volume, network size, response rate etc Isaak is able to, in real time, give a global health score on customer relationships with a high degree of certainty. The scoring dynamically adapts to the individual company norms whilst also building a universal understanding of client communications.
